Memorial Day!

MEMORIAL DAY!

Another Memorial Day Weekend. I had forgotten that Memorial Day was know as Decoration Day and originated after the American Civil War to honor the fallen Union soldiers.

The Southern families decorated the graves of those that died.

Now we honor men and women who have fallen in all the wars.

 It is a day of remembering and honoring.

Also, a long weekend to celebrate the beginning of summer and family gatherings.

With that said, we at Rodney Cobb Chevrolet Buick GMC would like to honor all of our customer, friends, and families that have served in our military. A special heartfelt prayer out to those fallen soldiers.
